基于4D CAD的大型桥梁施工进度系统仿真研究

摘要: 将面向对象的复杂工程系统仿真方法与CAD数字建模方法相结合,将桥梁的3D整体模型和施工进度相链接,提出了基于4D CAD的桥梁施工系统仿真思想,使施工过程的动态可视化与直观分析优化后的施工进度成为可能。以Visual C++作为仿真平台,设计编制了桥梁施工4D CAD可视化仿真软件。研究成果在某斜拉桥工程施工组织设计中得到成功应用,验证了基于4D CAD的大型桥梁可视化仿真方法在斜拉桥施工进度分析与优化方面的实用性和优越性。

摘要:

增材制造的快速发展和形状记忆聚合物材料的进步推动了四维(4D)打印技术的进展。随着设计方面的不断改进,逐渐证明有可能实现可逆4D打印或双向4D打印。这项技术将完全消除对人为干预的需要,因为编程完全由外部刺激驱动,这使得4D打印部件可以在多个周期内启动。本研究提出了一种新的可逆4D打印驱动方法,其中弹性体的溶胀和热量用于编程阶段,以及热量用于恢复阶段。本研究的主要重点在于自驱动设计这一步骤。采用这种方式理解曲率可以提供对可逆4D打印结构的高度控制。

三维(3D)打印是一种增材制造工艺。相应地,四维(4D)打印是一个涉及多个研究领域的制造工艺。4D打印保留了3D打印的一般属性(如减少材料浪费、消除注射模具、冲压模具和机械加工过程),并且随着时间的推移能实现产品第四维度的智能行为。3D4D打印结构的主要区别是4D打印存在一个附加的维度,这个维度可以随着时间的推移进行智能进化。然而,目前还没有用于建模和预测这个附加维度的一般公式。研究表明,需要利用两种类型的时间常数来捕捉4D多材料的正确的时间相关性行为。本文引入了4D多材料结构中主动材料和被动材料的界面错配压力的概念,从而得到了两个时间常数之一。本文的结果从最基本的概念开始,并以控制方程结束,可以作为未来4D打印领域研究的一般设计原则,其中时间相关性行为应该被正确地理解、建模和预测。

双向4D打印——对3D打印形状记忆材料可逆性的回顾

增材制造技术的快速发展和形状记忆材料的进步推动了四维(4D)打印的发展。随着目前对形状记忆机制的理解和对增材制造技术的改进设计,4D 打印的可逆性已经被证明是可行的。传统的单向4D 打印需要在编程(或定型)阶段进行人机交互,但是可逆的4D 打印或双向4D 打印将完全消除对人为干预的需求,因为编程阶段被另一种外界刺激所取代。这使得可逆4D 打印部件完全依赖外部刺激。本文综述了影响4D 打印的形状记忆材料的机制,目前在合金和聚合物上的4D 打印研究结果,以及它们各自存在的一些局限性。对形状记忆材料的可逆性和利用三维(3D)打印技术制作的可行性进行了总结和分析。在对可逆4D 打印技术相关内容的介绍中,本文也强调了3D 打印技术的方法、相关驱动的机制以及实现可逆性的策略。最后,提出了可逆4D 打印技术未来的研究方向。

摘要: 但是,用于制造生物植入物的3D可打印材料仍然非常有限。本研究对用于生物植入物的2D、3D AM材料进行了概述。此外,在我们团队先前开发的4D打印陶瓷前驱体及陶瓷材料的基础上,受太极思想的启发,本文提出了一种简单而新颖的软硬集成4D增材制造概念,以应用于人体系统中复杂且动态的生物结构。多材料打印技术的发展,使得人们未来可以使用2D、3D4D AM材料开发生物植入物和软硬集成生物结构。

Identifying stakeholders’ roles and relevant project documents for 4D-based collaborative decision making

摘要: To fully understand and effectively implement 4D building information modelling (BIM) models and methods, we need to develop a precise knowledge of which project digital documents should be used and how they influence the decision-making (DM) process. This article studies the convergence between uses of 4D BIM and digital project documents. We hypothesize that a clear visualization of the construction simulation through a 4D model is a useful source of information and a support for DM at collaborative meetings. Through this research, we continue to progress toward a new 4D-based collective decision device, so these elements will contribute to propose 4D BIM as DM support on architecture engineering construction (AEC) projects. Further, the present research will be complemented by results from questionnaires given at a later research stage. The article presents a brief review of BIM context to consider ways of fostering the implementation of all 4D BIM uses (not only visualization). It then introduces a proposition for 4D BIM uses implementation by the project development phase. It concludes by summarizing stakeholders’ roles and documents relevant to 4D BIM uses.

Semantics for linking data from 4D BIM to digital collaborative support

摘要: Synchronous collaboration sessions within the context of 4D BIM position construction professionals into a complex socio–technical system. This system includes hardware, software, people, and broader community aspects. This article strictly focuses on the ontology representation of synchronous collaboration sessions with collocated collective decision-making. The model is designed by considering various 4D BIM model uses while a digital multiuser touch table facilitates the collaboration between actors. The outlined ontological model aims to improve interoperability and to move toward a knowledge-driven, smart-built environment paradigm. A knowledge engineering methodology is outlined, by virtue of which the semantics of the presented model are defined and discussed. Concepts from nearby knowledge fields, especially from the Industry Foundation Classes, are reused. Several examples on querying the knowledge base according to the project meeting requirements are outlined to demonstrate the benefits of using the model. Although 4D BIM model data can be imported by using standard formats, capturing data about the social context remains a challenge in the future. This is expected to change the ontology model structure by considering user ergonomics, data modeling requirements, as well as technical implementation constraints.

CNC programming system for complex components based on KBE within integrated environment of CAD/CAPP/

摘要: To promote the research and development of modern digital and intelligent manufacturing technology and overcome shortcomings of computerized numerical control(CNC) programming for complex components, an innovative idea has been proposed to introduce knowledge based engineering (KBE) into the field of CNC programming within the integrated environment of CAD/CAPP/CAM. This paper constructs the architecture of CNC programming based on KBE within CAD/CAPP/CAM and explores the key technology of applying KBE to CNC programming — knowledge representation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge reasoning, and generalized knowledge base system of CNC programming. The integration of the CAD/CAM system and the CAPP system of enterprises has been achieved by taking the powerful CAD/CAM system of UG NX as a platform. The prototype system of CNC programming for complex components based on KBE within CAD/CAPP/CAM has been developed by means of UG/Open,VC++6.0, and SQL Sever 2000. Finally, a frame example, one of the complex components of a marine diesel, is presented, and the academic production and the intelligence of the system are verified.

一种面向CAD装配模型具有完整性校验的新型属性加密方法 Article

摘要: 本文提出了一种新的基于属性的计算机辅助设计(CAD)装配模型加密方法,有效地支持云制造中协同设计场景的层次访问控制、完整性验证和变形保护。设计了装配层次访问树(AHAT)作为层次访问结构。部件密文(ACT)文件中包含与属性相关的密文元素,其适用于内容密钥解密而不是CAD装配体文件。我们修改原始的默克尔树(MT)并重建装配体MT。所提出的ABE框架具有将变形保护方法与CAD模型的内容保密性相结合的能力。在标准假设下,所提出的加密方案被证明是安全的。在典型的CAD装配模型上进行的实验仿真表明,该方法在应用中是可行的。

Optimal localization of complex surfaces in CAD-based inspection

摘要: Complex surface inspection requires the optimal localization of the measured surface related to the design surface so that the two surfaces can be compared in a common coordinate frame. This paper presents a new technique for solving the localization problem. The basic approach consists of two steps: 1) rough localization of the measured points to the design surface based on curvature features, which can produce a good initial estimate for the optimal localization; 2) fine localization based on the least-square principle so that the deviation between the measured surface and the design surface is minimized. To efficiently compute the closest points on the design surface of the measured points, a novel method is proposed. Since this approach does not involve an iterative process of solving non-linear equations for the closest points, it is more convenient and robust. The typical complex surface is used to test the developed algorithm. Analysis and comparison of experimental results demonstrate the validity and applicability of the algorithm.

文章在总结现有智能化概念设计思维规律的基础上,提出基于可拓方法的机械产品智能化概念设计的研究内容、特点、流程与方法。围绕智能化概念设计的功能表达、功能分解与综合、功能推理与决策,重点研究功能-原理-布局-结构的可拓化概念设计方法和计算机模拟人类解决问题的辩证思维过程。文中给出可拓方法在加工中心刀库概念设计中的应用实例。该方法对于解决目前智能化概念设计理论研究与工程实现中的瓶颈问题,具有重要意义。

Selecting and prioritizing key factors for CAD/CAM software in small- and medium-sized enterprises using

摘要: In today’s fast-paced world, computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems have become a necessary element in manufacturing industries. Prior to investment in a CAD/CAM system, it is essential for investor to know how to maximize their benefits from buying a new or by changing an existing CAD/CAM system. The purpose of this study is to provide a methodology to assist small- and medium-sized manufacturing companies of Pakistan in selecting a CAD/CAM system. It will also facilitate the software providers in recognizing the current state of affairs as well as preceding problems regarding the application of CAD/CAM in manufacturing firms when assisting them in choosing the direction for future development simultaneously. To accomplish this purpose, data have been collected about current CAD/CAM systems. Important criteria for system selection and parameters for evaluation have also been identified and prioritized. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used as a decision-making technique for identifying and prioritizing important factors for CAD/CAM software selection. Expert Choice (AHP-based software) has been used to validate the results.
